Laminated glass

Laminated glass is made with two or several pieces of float glass, sandwiched strong PVB (vinyl polymer butyrate) adhesive film, with combination of hot press pressure to exhaust the intermediate air as more as possible, and then put them into high pressure autoclave, working with high temperature and pressure to dissolve the residual air into the PVB film. For the convenience of customers and higher requirements of designers , more options of PVB film is available (transparent, white, grey, green, blue, bronze, or customer specified color).

Products features:

High safety: due to the tough and strong adhesive force of the middle layer PVB, it is not easy to be penetrated after being damaged by impact, and the debris will not fall off and stick with PVB film tightly. With performance of anti-shock, anti-theft, bullet-proof, explosion-proof.

Energy saving and sound insulation: the PVB film can reduce the solar radiation, prevent the loss of the energy source, save the electricity consumption of air conditioning, also the film can cushion the sound wave, so as to achieve the sound insulation effect.

Decorative: the PVB can block 99% of the uv, delay the fading of indoor furniture curtains. A variety of colors for option is easy to coordinate with the external walls and the surrounding environment that can increase the nice appearance of the building.

Regular thickness of PVB film: 0.38mm，0.76mm,1.14mm1.52mm; 1.90mm, 2.28mm.
