1. Machine Application:

Double Curvature Bent Glass Tempering Machine is a special plant used to produce the bent tempered glass with double curvature, which mainly used in the fields of rear doors and side doors of automotives (the side door also is double curvature), trucks, furniture, etc. Our customer produced the side doors for BMW, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Peugeot, etc.

2.Main Technical Features:

2.1. In the bending forming, for transmission of pressing mould, support mould and rollers, we use servo motors & servo controllers which from Yaskawa, Japan.
