2.1. Our machine can adopt NEW PVB/TPU/EVA film as interlayer to produce kinds of laminated glass, while the machine from other Chinese suppliers can laminate with EVA film only.

2.2. Product yield of our machine reaches up 99%. All program could be completed automatically. Heating time and temperature could be adjusted according to the glass thickness. Working situation could be watched through touch screen. It is very easy and convenient to operate.

2.3. Our machine can produce bending tempered laminated glass in one step, no need autoclave and pre-pressing machine. It will greatly raise your competition in market. Max bending deep 400mm.

2.4. We could provide you operation parameters for different laminated glass production, like tempered laminated glass, bending tempered laminated glass, architectural laminated glass, decorative laminated glass, etc. It is essential for high quality laminated glass.

2.5. We adopt patented heating technology. It can automatically adjust the voltage according to your local standard voltage. This keeps the machine more stable performance, longer service life, and save your electricity much. It can efficiently protect the machine from stoppage because of over heat. The turbo blower makes hot air circulate evenly inside the furnace and ensures 99% product yield. The temperature goes up rapidly, which makes the processing cycle short. It will save 50% electricity consumption than other similar products.

2.6. Main material of our silicone bag is imported from USA, under normal use, at least 3 years useful life. While Chinese local silicone bag can use 0.5-1 year only.

2.7. Double vacuum system will work fast and stably. It ensures no bubble in the laminated glass. Vacuum pump is water-cooling type, it could work 24 hours without stop.
