This not only can temper the float glass, colored glass, pattared glass of all kinds of thickness, but also can temper the heating-reflective glass and off-line low-e glass(E value can reach to 0.02).

Technical Features,

1. The control system consists of industrial control computer and PLC, the main drive control system is imported, frequency stepless adjustment, high automation made it reliable and precise, easy to operate and efficiency.

2. Conveyer speed of the glass entering and exiting the heating section is controlled by inverter which can avoid scratch on the glasses.

3. Reasonable design and unique matrix structure for heating elements make a long serve life, can control the every spot temperature in the furnace accurately and evenly, which let the temperature control achieve the best situation. For the temperature measurement we select the most advanced and latest central collection control system, which highly improve the precision and good reliability of temperature measurement, as well decrease the most failure rate if comparing with the normal measurement method.

4. The upper and lower of furnace adopts inner circulation force convection system. We adopt the large diameter centrifugal fan because which is installed on the upper and lower of furnace. The circulation is much better than the side installation. The high temperature fan adopt the advanced air-cooled fission structure. It has the longer service life than the side installation due to the reasonable stress state, and easy for repairing and maintenance.

5. The air pipes of force convection system adopts the ceramic materials, which is non-oxidative and no anvil cinder.

6. The heating oven body is full closed and the Insulating materials are of high quality material with top performance which can ensure a lower energy consumption. 

7. The heating furnace divides into upper and lower part. The upper part can lift freely, easy for repairing. The transmission rollers of heating furnace adopt the top quality ceramic rollers, which has the good surface fineness and long service life.
