Architectural fire resistance glass

Product Description: Monolithic fire resistance glass is made of ordinary sodium - calcium - silicon float glass as a raw material. Upon further processing, it will become so called deeply tempered glass. The compressive stress on its surface, is 150MPa higher than normal tempered glass. 

The same thickness of the normal tempered glass could only bear around 90-110MPa compressive stress on the surface.

Features:

Fire resistance: Monolithic fire resistance glass has strong ability to resist fire, but it is neither heat-insulated nor heat radiation. It belongs to Class C fireproof glasses.

Safety: When the glass is hit by external forces, the debris would form a honeycomb structures, reducing the risk to get hurt 

Strength: The strength of monolithic fireproof glass is higher than that normal tempered glass.

Thermal stability: monolithic fireproof glass has a stronger ability to withstand the difference in temperature.

Ability to be further processed: Trough coating, hollowing, and other different processing methods, it could be furthered processed into composite glass products.
