Supply of insulating glass

Ordinary insulation glass structure is made up of two or more layers of glasses. The different layers are sealed by a high strength and air-tight adhesive material. The space in between the layers are filled with dry gas. There are a wide variety of glass with different properties for selection, such as colorless transparent glass, heat-absorbing glass, heat reflective glass, tempered glass with printing border.

The glass thickness can be 3,4,5,6,8,10,12 mm while the air layer thickness can be used 6,9,12 mm by interval. This structure provides the best insulation effect. The space between the glass layers are filled with a desiccant to ensure the dryness of the air. The gap between the two layers is generally 8mm. High-performance insulation glass is much better than the ordinary one, because the outer side of the glass is coated with a layer of metal film. It can prevent the sunlight from penetrating the glasses, resulting in a greater insulation effect.
