which is our latest innovation works, which can produce wooden grain, marble effect and 3D design pattern on glass. The machine adopts hydraulic principle, built-in heating tungsten wire and stationary heating, the pattern is made one-time, finished products show clear and beautiful pattern.

Function of the machine
1. High efficient,it only takes 4-5 minutes when you finish the glass .
   Any design pattern can baking paint on the glass by our heating            principle(Likely popular marble vein and    
   wooden grain effect glass),scratch-resistant,waterproof and anti-fading and so on.
2. Using a wholly alloy aluminum plate as the upper pressure plate, built-in heating transfer oil make heating and pressure uniformity.
3. Finished products still keep perfect even after many time's washing with acid, alkali and water.
 
Operative procedure of this machine
1.Cleaning this glass
2,Spraying a layer of coating on the glass by manually or by machine
3,Put the glass and transfer paper together(Remarks:we have more than 70 kinds of marble vein and wooden grain effect color paper on hand)Then put them on the working table.
4,Covering the anti-high-temperature cloth on the glass,then push them in the machine,and waiting for around 5 mins, the art glass is finished(The machine is double workbench that can increase production efficiency .
