11 spindles glass mutiple angle edging machine

 I. Product Feature

FDM6032 Vertical Glass straight line multiple angle edging machine is used for flat glass straight bottom edging, multiple angle beveling and arris grinding and polishing.

1. The transmission adpots bearing structure. Each chain pad equip 5 special customized bearings including supporting bearing, transmission bearing and spring buckle bearing. This structure makes the friction of glass processing small, and the transmission is more stable to guranttee the processing accuracy of glass bottom and arris grinding.

2. The machine has back chain pad grinding device for back chain pad to maintain long lasting accuracy.            

3. The machine equips both manual and automatic lubricating system to maintain good working condition of the full machine, achieves beter stability.

4. Electric control system adpots imported electric parts, use PLC for manual and brake control. Human-machine interface can display the processing settings of glass such as glass thickness, working speed, etc.,

5. This machine equips two changing shaft with PLC automatic control. Once the processing data of the glass is input, the machine will adjust automatically.

A.) When config the processing data of straight glass edging. The first 5 wheels go down to 90 degree to process bottom edge, the next 3 wheels adjust to 45 degree for front arris grinding, the last two wheels is fixed for rear arris grinding.

B.) When config any angle between 45 degree to 90 degree. The first 6 wheels will automatically turn to the required angle position, the next 2 wheels will automatically change to 90 degree to process bottom edge, the last two wheels is fixed for rear arris grinding.
