Laminated glass

Laminated glass is made by sandwiching polyvinyl butyral (PVB), ionic intermediate membrane (SGP) and other materials between two or more pieces of glass and processing at high temperature and high pressure. Laminated glass is a kind of safety glass, which is not easy to be broken, and even if the glass is broken, it can still maintain a relatively complete shape.

laminated glass characteristics:

◆anti theft: because it takes a long time to break through the laminated glass and the noise is large, it has a strong defense against malicious damage, theft and violent invasion.

◆ safety: when the laminated glass is broken or after it is broken, the fragments are still in place to play a safety role.

◆ noise reduction: the blocking effect of PVB film on sound waves makes the laminated glass effectively block the propagation of sound and reduce noise.

◆ control sunlight characteristics: laminated glass (especially colored laminated glass) can reduce the transmission of sunlight, thus reducing the cooling energy consumption, and at the same time, it can reduce the solar glare without causing color distortion.

◆ anti ultraviolet characteristics: laminated glass has a very high blocking effect on ultraviolet rays (more than 95%), which helps to avoid the impact of ultraviolet radiation on indoor valuable furniture, curtains, exhibits or other items.

◆ water pressure resistance: the laminated glass not only has certain strength, but also has good water resistance when it is sealed with compatible glass sealant.
