1. Quartz plate made by JGS1 material ( Extreme UV optical quartz glass)
It is a high-purity quartz glass plate made by oxyhydrogen flame melting. Its satisfactory UV light transmission performance surpass all the other glass types in particular in the shortwave UV zone and can achieve a 90% transmission rate at the wavelength of 185nm. Hence it is an ideal choice for applications in the wavelength range of 185-2500nm.
2. Quartz plate made by JGS2 (UV optical quartz glass)
It is an optical quartz glass plate made by oxyhydrogen flame melting and is suggested for applications in the wavelength range 

of 220-2500nm.
3. Quartz plate made by JGS3 (Infrared quartz glass)
It has a good performance of infrared light transmission with a transmittance of over 85%. It is recommended for applications in the wavelength range of 260-3500nm.

Attention for quartz plate 

1. Do not operate in temperature beyond quartz maximum working temperature for long time. Otherwise, products will deform crystallization or become softening. 
2. Clean the quartz products before high temperature environment operation . Firstly soak the products in 10% hydrofluoric acid, then wash it with high purity water or alcohol .Operator should wear thin gloves , direct touch with the quartz glass by hand is inhibited.
3. It is wise to extend the lifespan and thermal resistance of quartz products via continuous use within high temperature environment.Otherwise, interval use shall shorten products lifespan. 
4. Try to avoid touch with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds, etc.)when employing quartz glass products in high temperature, which is made of acid material. Otherwise product anti- crystalline properties will be greatly reduced.
