Our glass laminating machine adopt patent stainless still heating tube. The heating tubes distributed like carpet which makes sure the temperature in the furnace rise up fast and even.
Strong forced convection with the turbo blower ensures the temperature difference in the furnace not exceed 5 centigrade.
2.Advanced vacuum system.
Our machine adopt high quality vacuum pumps, the vacuum rate of our machine can reach -0.09- -0.98Mpa. The vacuum with oil filter and air filter can avoid the moisture mixed with oil. You do not need change the vacuum pump oil often.
Our machine has vacuum pump checking systems, you can check the situation of the vacuum system freely.

The silicone bags of our machine is imported from USA. It is high temperature resistant, high tear resistant. The silicone bags feature good anti-aging, good sealing can be used for 4500-5000 times.
