Main Features:

Constructed with a sturdy steel and aluminum structure. Machine shield and all parts of the machine that are in contact with water are in SUS304 stainless steel.

80mm rubberized, vulcanized and rectified conveyor rollers. 45# black oxide bevel gears are adopted for steady and synchronous transmission.

Inverter speed control, rollers can move forward and reversely. Top quality electrical parts. High speed and energy saving, max. Speed reaches 16m/min.Have PLC and touch screen.

Loading and Unloading Section:

Loading table rollers are dipped in water for better cleaning of the glass. Emergency buttons on loading and unloading table. Lights on unloading table to inspect the glass. 
 Two sets of spraying system for pre-washing, an individual water tank for pre wash.

Washing Section

Four pairs of cylindrical brushes. Soft brush equpped for Low E Glass. 170mm nylon straight hair brushes which have long lifetime and avoid vibration. Brush shaft ends are also in stainless steel.

Motorized up and down in washing and drying part, can be elevated max. height 450mm. Water guard plates under the brushes to divide the tank to avoid water contamination.

Three separate water tanks with individual inline water pumps attached. Economical water circulation systems, valves are set on the water tank for auto water supplementation. Fast plug for easy cleaning. Two groups of special water filters in each tank for better cleaning. Heaters in water tank.

Linear bearings and chrome-plating shafts are used for roller slide, so it move smoothly and maintenance-free. Glass will be pressed firmly by rollers and won鈥檛 go off track.

Drying Section

Three pairs of air knives. Two of them are straight air knives and one of them is inclined air knives.

Two 15KW high-pressure air blowers, enclosed in a sound-proof casing, with intake silencer and intake filter by means of an optimum number of top and bottom air knives. Low noise. Noise of tow blowers working is around 80db.
