The JF-3 series are developed for measure the surface stress of thermal tempered glass with Laser. JF-3E glass surface stress meter is an enhanced grazing angle surface polarimeter. it takes the advantage of glass optical structure.the light grazing angle is selected by glass itself to be measured. Besides, the receiving mirror is optimized and need no longer horizontal movement. It reduces the operation complexity greatly. The optimized image processing algorithm increases the resolution of stress to 0.1MPa/0.1Degree. The calculation speed is 0.5 second.
