High Quality Tempered Glass

CHARACTERISTIC:

Tempered glass is a type of glass with evenly distributed compressive stresses on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling it down rapidly by air. This process will improve the glass exterior compressive stress and interior tensile stress resistance which can improve the overall mechanical strength of glass by gemination and result in good thermal stability. So tempered glass is a safety glass.

About the tempered glass, there are many type of tempered glass.

THICKNESS:

4mm to 15mm.

MULTI COLORS:

Clear, Euro Grey, F-Green, Ford blue and Browm. 10mm 12mm tempered glass

PERFORMANCE:

low reflective glass, solar control glass, Low-E glass and coated glass

APPLICATIONS:

It can be used alone, such as for window, saftety glass door, Saftey glass rail, Safety glass balustrade, handrail glass, glass wall, glass table and glass top and so on.

Tempered glass also could be produce into insulated glass , tempered laminated glass and silk screen glass (Ceramic fritted glass) which will be used in defferent constructions.
