11.52mm, 13.52mm, 17.52mm, 21.52mm Curved/Bend Tempered Laminated Glass

Laminated Glass is produced by permanently bonding two or more layers of glass with PVB interlayer under heat and pressure. Its appearance is basically same as that of common annealed glass. As high tenacity of PVB, the film will absorb enough shock energy rapidly and reduce it when outside force impact, thus make the glass hard to break. Meanwhile, thanks to film’s bonding performance, the glass won’t splash after broken, and still have the ability of shielding.

Characteristics

Safety: In case of breakage, the interlayer holds the fragments together and continues to provide resistance to the passage of persons or objects, so it will not hurts the people.

Sound insulation: the PVB film between the glasses has the great ability of absorbing the sound waves, so as to insulate the noise from the outer environments.

Ultraviolet radiation insulation: laminated glass has the ability to keep about 99% ultraviolet radiation away from the outside without losing visible light, which can protect the furniture and decorative from degradation.

Varity in the color: different colors of laminated glass can be produced according to the needs of the customers.
