Application Method of colorful glass protector rubber eva pads:

Please place the colorful glass protector rubber eva pads on the edge of the glass, one pad per 30cm or 40cm, and totally 8 pads on the area of 1 square meter; more pads must be put on the middle of glass for the area more than 1 square meter and the actual pads quantity should be subject to the reality. (Please refer to the following illustration.)

The smaller the glass area is, the less the pads need;

For the same area glass, the more the cork pads are used, the better the protection effect is.

Please use the approximate cord pads quantity according to the real situation.

Transferable glue coating machine:

PVC self-adsorbing foam, PET liner, paper liner, Glassine removable adhesive liner are made by it.

Cork press moulding machine:

The cork power and glue are mixed and then moulded into cork cylinders by cork press moulding machine.

Rotary lathe:

The cork cylinders are cut into cork rolls with certain thickness by rotary lathe.

Cork laminating machine: 

The cork rolls are covered with removable adhesive by cork laminating machine and are laminated with PET liner, glassine removable adhesive liner, PVC foam with PET liner or paper liner with PVC foam.

Slitting machine:

The cork rolls with different kinds of liner are cut into strips on roll by slitting machine.

Punch:

The cork strips be cut into small squares, such as 15mm*15mm, 18mm*18mm or other customized size by the punch.

Introduce of glass separation foam cork:

Cork protector are mainly used in shock-proof packaging and transportation glass in the glass deep-processing industry. They are widely used in Architectural Glass, Auto  Glass,  Furniture glass, Stone and Windows & Doors etc. During the transporting, packing, storage and installation and so on. Set between the glass and the glass can be separated, it has improved the various drawbacks of the previous packing material thoroughly ( prevent glass scratching, mildew proofing, vibration breakage etc.) and the pads come off easily without any unsightly residue left behind, low cost, they are popular for glass deep-processing industry region.
