INSULATED GLASS

XFX Insulated Glass is made of two or more pieces of glass with effective support and evenly spaced and sealed at the periphery to form a dry gas space between the glass interlayers.The interlayer of the insulated glass is initially dry air,and other gases with a lower thermal conductivity than air are currently used.The mininmum thickness of the gas interlayers of the  insulating glass should not be less than 6mm,otherwise it will not function as thermal insulation. However,the thickness should not be too large,if it is too large to make the insulated glass too thick,in order to standardize the production of the frame,the gaps of the insulated glass are currently divided into 6/9/12/14 and 16mm.

Heat insulation performance
Heat insulation performance of insulating glass is the most ideal among all processed glass products available in market. Heat transfer coefficient U value can be effectively reduced by insulating glass.

Sound-insulated performance

In city all kind of noises can be heard. The frequency of these noises is usually between 1000-2000 Hz. The dry air in the insulating glass can efficiently prevent the dissemination of the sound wave.

Energy conservation efficiency

High reflectivity of far and medium infrared ray with low U value keeps heat radiation from passing through the glass. Low-E glass can reflect most of the heat back. So the temperature of the room will be quite stable.

A: Wooden Crates Worthy for Ocean and Land Carriage .The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 4 years' experience of packing, loading and  fixation crates with container. And we will send the loading pictures for you when  we are loading . 
 
Q. What is your payment term ?
A : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
 
Q. Can you supply a free samples ?
A: yes, if you want us to provide big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
