LOW-E Glass is available in two types:

ONLINE HARD COATING LOW-E GLASS

TEMPERABLE OFFLINE SOFT COATING LOW-E GLASS

a.Online LOW-E coated glass is produced by pyrolyzing coating material continuously under high temperature through CVD and MOCVD coating technology so as to deposit them on glass substrate surface moving inside a tin bath and black-out furnace.

b.Temperable Off-line LOW-E Coated Glass is a highly efficient energy saving product obtained through the use of the Magnetron Sputter Vacuum Deposition (MSVD) method where multiple layers of metal or nonmetal coats are applied on the surface of a top quality float glass substrate.

Availability of deep processing

Besides single pieces of Low-E glass with various types and sizes, TENA can also provide compound glass products made from it, flat or curve tempered coated glass, insulating coated glass, etc.
