Reflect Glass Coating Machine

The large area horizontal on-line sputtering system, model MSGC, is designed to continuously coat the metallic or compound layers on glass sheets for the production of Mirror. The machine is fully automatic controlled and glass is continuously moving and coating from one end of the machine to the other. The available film series are high quality solar control reflect glass, color decoration glass, temperable coated glass and Low-E glass.

The machine is designed as Four vacuum sections structure, include Vacuum Lock, Vacuum Hold, Vacuum Buffer and Sputter Coating.

Targets: Stainless steel cylinder or planar plate

 2)  Post Temperable Coated Glass

Use 2 pairs DRM in front (Si target), 2 planar magnetrons in the middle (NiCr targets) and 2 pairs DRM at the end (Si target).

3)  Simple Low-E

Glass/ SiO2/ NiCr/Ag/NiCr/ Si3N4

Simple single silver Low-E cannot be post tempered. The machine needs to upgrade with one more planar sputter cathode and add silver target.
