Laminated glass has sand wiched structure,to put a piece of film polyvinyl butyral(PVB) as the main component between two glass sheets,it is widely used in construction,automotive or orther industries due to superior function such as safety,heat preservation,noise control and isolation.After the PVB interlayer has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This makes the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer.
