Glass decorating furnaces

Glass decorating furnaces is divided into two forms: high termperature baking and low temperature baking. Its basic process is entrance（feeding platform）-preheating area heating area(high temperature about 600 degrees, low temperature about 200 degrees) slow cooling area-speed cooling area. The total length of the furance is generally about 32 meters, and the length of each zone is: entrance section is 1.5 meters, waste heat  zone is 4.5meters, heating zone is 9.0 meters, slow cooling zone is 11.25 meters, rapid cooling zone is 5.75 meters. The width and height of furnace are generally determined according to the output of processed products and the height of processed products.

As the products are not the same, the structure of the furnace and the length of each section are often determined according to the specific requirements of customers.
