1. What is Sealed insulation glass/Hollow glass?  

It is high-effect of sound and heat insulation glass, which is made up with two or three glass sheets, bonded with aluminium alloy frame by a compound bonder of high strength and high air tightness, inside which drying agent.  The major materials cover: glass sheet, aluminium spacing strip, corner plug, butyl rubber, polysulfide rubber, drying agent.

Insulation glass can be made by different glasss sheets according to varied requirements, such as clear or tinted float glass, pattern glass, Low-E glass, reflective glass, wired glass, tempered glass, etc.

2. Specification:

The thickness of single glass sheet can be 3mm,4mm, 5mm, 6mm,8mm,10mm and 12mm ，and air layer can be 6mm, 9mm and 12mm.  

3. Application:

Insulation glass is mostly used in buildings require heat collection, air-conditioner, noise prevention, dewing, no need of direct sunlight, and special light. Widely used in houses, restaurants, hotels, business buildings, schools, hospitals, shops, where air-conditioners are required, as well as used for doors and windows in trains, automobiles, ships, cabinet freezers, etc.
