Fire-rated glass, fire proof glass, fire resistant glass

Single panel caesium Postassium fire-rated glass, is made by special chemical treatment, by ion exchange under high temperature over 20 hours, and the metallic sodium on surface of glass is replaced. Thus becomes silicate glass with low expansion, which dilatation coefficient is 1.8*10-6/0F (3.24*10-6/K). Therefore, the glass has high performance of heat resistance. At the same time, after physical treatment, strong pressure stress is formed on surface of glass, greatly enhance shock strength. When glass crushes, it appears small particle and reduces harm to human body. The strength of single sheet caesium potassium fire-resistant glass is 6-12 times of float glass strength, and 1.5-3 times of tempered glass strength. 

The advantage of single panel cesium potassium fire-rated glass is, working temperature has little impact on it , but the glass has ability to resist the strike of heat wave and rapid change of temperature, it depends on the specific heat capacity of the glass, which can slow down the rise of temperature, heat transfer rate (the rate and distribution of heat through the glass) and thermal expansion rate, at the same time,  the glass can withstand 300 ℃ to cold water quenching fire processing.

The water-resistance is comply with ISO719-HGB、ISO720-HGA

The acid resistance is comply with ISO1776

Alkali resistance is comply with ISO695-A
