The technological process of float glass production line equipment is mainly composed of batching system, melting furnace, tin bath, annealing furnace, finished product cutting equipment and auxiliary production facilities. Float glass production is made by mixing various raw materials, and then feeding the qualified batch into a glass melting furnace, and obtaining uniform glass liquid through melting, clarification, homogenization and cooling in the temperature range of 1,500-1,600 degrees. The liquid glass enters the tin bath filled with nitrogen and hydrogen protective gas through the runner and launder, and the tin bath contains molten metal tin. Because the density of glass is smaller than that of tin solution, the liquid glass floats on the surface of tin solution like oil floating on water. Then, after the natural flattening, thinning, polishing and cooling of the molten glass are finished, the glass ribbon is lifted by the roller platform, leaves the tin bath and enters the annealing furnace for annealing and cooling. The annealed glass ribbon is led to the workbench for cutting and packaging, and our common flat glass is obtained.This is a float glass production line. A: We support L/C,T/T payment.Payment terms: 30% in advance, 30% of the contract amount before delivery, 30% of the contract amount after cold acceptance, 5% of the contract amount after hot acceptance, and 5% of the contract amount during the warranty period.
