The production technology of high alumina brick and multi-clinker clay brick is similar, but the difference is that the proportion of clinker in the ingredients is higher, up to 90~95%. Before crushing, clinker needs to be sorted and screened to remove iron, and the firing temperature is higher. For example, I and II high alumina bricks are generally fired at 1500~1600℃ in tunnel kiln.
